Leveraging the 3x match that OES has negotiated with the USG ($1 from philanthropy unlocks $3 from the USG) the CDO will build and lead a focused, high-performing philanthropic function capable of securing transformational support from individuals, families, foundations, family offices, corporations, and other private funding partners. The role will combine enterprise-level strategy, ultra-major gift fundraising, campaign leadership, team development, board and executive engagement, and the creation of the systems and discipline required for sustainable growth.
