Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Senior Vice President of Market Access will serve as the enterprise-wide architect of Harrow's market access strategy, positioning the company for successful product launches and long-term commercial leadership in ophthalmology. This executive will build and lead a high-performing market access organization — spanning payer strategy, pricing and contracting, trade and distribution, reimbursement, and patient access — while serving as a key voice in shaping Harrow's corporate strategy and pipeline investment decisions.
