About the Role

Director of Talent Acquisition LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition with at least 5 years of experience working in a similar role. This is Temp to Perm opportunity within the nonprofit industry, located in Manhattan, NY. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives and workforce planning needs.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, recruiting coordinators, and talent acquisition professionals.
  • Partner with executive leadership and department heads to forecast hiring needs and develop proactive recruitment plans.
  • Establish and monitor recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, candidate pipeline health, offer acceptance rates, and hiring manager satisfaction.
  • Design and optimize recruiting processes to improve efficiency, scalability, compliance, and candidate experience.
  • Drive sourcing strategies across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, employee referrals, and talent communities.
  • Build and strengthen employer branding initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice.
  • Oversee executive and hard-to-fill searches while supporting succession planning and strategic workforce initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as diversity, equity, and inclusion hiring objectives.
  • Partner with Human Resources leadership on talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with external search firms, staffing agencies, and recruitment technology vendors.
  • Evaluate, implement, and optimize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies
Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of Director level HR or Recruitment experience
Work Site: On Site Employment Type: Temp to Perm Salary: $45-55/hr
Pay Details: $45.00 to $55.00 per hour
