We are looking for a dynamic, passionate, and experienced Product Manager to join the Signify Health team to help realize the product vision to help move care homeward for all.This role will lead the data governance strategy for our data warehouse and analytics environment, focusing on the platform capabilities that make data discoverable, trusted, and well-managed.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our data governance platform, establishing the cataloging, lineage, data quality standards, and policy enforcement capabilities the organization needs to use data with confidence.
This role requires exceptional collaboration skills, as the Product Manager will work intimately with cross-functional teams including data engineering, software engineering teams, business intelligence, and various business stakeholders. This collaboration will be crucial for translating governance needs (data quality standards, metadata management, lineage, and stewardship) into robust, scalable, and user-friendly platform capabilities that drive adoption, unlock trusted insights, and strengthen organizational confidence in our data.
This role will report to our Senior Manager, Digital Product, within the technology organization.
The typical pay range for this role is: $83,430.00 - $222,480.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
