About the Role

Job Title: Sales Consultant (Technology)

Location: Remote (USA) | Travel as Required

Role Overview:

As a Technology Sales Consultant, you will drive acquisition by initiating and nurturing client relationships with global corporations. You will identify decision makers, understand their pain points, and design tailored digital transformation solutions in collaboration with operations and leadership teams. Your responsibilities span solution design, consultative selling, strategy definition, and market feedback integration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Position and sell digital transformation solutions, automating client operations with technologies including Web, Cloud, Analytics, AI, ML, and more.
  • Perform process and technology consulting, data analysis, and system assessments; recommend initiatives that deliver measurable business impact
  • Collaborate with practice teams to upsell/cross-sell automation within existing accounts.
  • Lead business process reengineering, diagnose process gaps, and implement digital improvements.
  • Support proposal creation, business development, and proactive solution demonstrations to end customers.
  • Work with C-suite executives, independently and collaboratively, to understand business needs and design strategic solutions.
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally to inform new solution offerings and go-to-market strategies.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly/annual sales and relationship goals.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Direct experience leading strategic engagements for technology/analytics services providers, with a record of exceeding revenue goals.
  • Proficiency with intelligent automation, hyperautomation, ML, NLP, Pattern Recognition, Text Analytics, and related technologies.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills applicable across technical and business audiences.
  • Demonstrated leadership of global teams and account growth management.
  • Commercial acumen, strong storytelling ability, and client-centric consultative mindset.
  • Comfortable with strategic solution selling, proposal development, and client interactions at all seniority levels.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (technology, business, engineering, etc.).
  • Proven track record in technology sales, consulting, process improvement, and digital transformation.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
