• Set up and operate 3-axis and 4-axis CNC vertical and horizontal machining centers
  
  
• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and manufacturing documentation
  
  
• Select proper tooling, fixturing, and machining parameters
  
  
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment
  
  
• Troubleshoot machining issues and make process adjustments to improve quality and efficiency
  
  
• Perform machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
  
  
• Maintain accurate production and quality records
  
  
• Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
  
  
• Mentor and assist less experienced machinists when needed

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 7 years of CNC machining experience
  
  
• setup and operation experience with CNC machining centers
  
  
• Ability to optimize machining processes and improve cycle times
  
  
• Experience editing CNC programs and basic macros
  
  
• troubleshoot and problem-solving skills
  
  
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T
  
  
• High School Diploma or GED

qualifications:

• Experience level: Experienced
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Education: High School (required)

skills:

CNC (5 years of experience is preferred)
