About the Role

Director Of Sales

Benecard is seeking a Director of Sales to grow our fixed-rate, guaranteed-cost products across Eastern Pennsylvania. In this territory-based role, you'll partner with brokers, consultants, and plan sponsors to drive new business and expand market presence.

Responsibilities
  • Execute a territory sales strategy to meet and exceed goals for fixed-rate and guaranteed-cost offerings
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, consultants, and key decision-makers
  • Educate partners on Benecard's guaranteed-cost model and articulate competitive advantages
  • Develop and deliver targeted sales presentations aligned to client needs
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including RFPs, proposals, and proof proposals
  • Monitor market and regulatory trends and share insights internally and externally
  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation of all sales activity
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences
Qualifications
  • Proven success meeting or exceeding sales goals in healthcare, PBM, insurance, or a related field
  • Strong broker and consultant relationships and channel expertise
  • Active Pennsylvania State Health Insurance License (required)
  • Clear, confident communicator with strong presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, travel-intensive role
