Advise clients on syndicated credit facilities and leveraged finance transactions.
Collaborate with finance groups, including securitization, renewable energy project finance, and real estate finance teams.
Develop and execute legal strategies for high-stakes business transactions.
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support client needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Participate in negotiations and drafting of complex legal documents.
Contribute to the growth of the firm's financial services practice.
Ideal Candidate Background
2-8 years of transactional experience in financial services or related fields.
Proven knowledge of syndicated credit facilities and leveraged finance transactions.
Excellent academic performance from a reputable law school.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
Preferred
Experience working with Fortune 500 companies or large financial institutions.
Familiarity with multiple finance groups, such as public bond or renewable energy project finance.
Barred in North or South Carolina.
