Position is based in Woodbury, NY, but can also be worked hybrid/remotely.

Job Function:

Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships, delivering comprehensive financial planning, and providing tailored investment strategies that align with clients' goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and expand an existing book of business through proactive client engagement and referrals
  • Develop personalized financial plans, including investment, retirement, tax, and estate planning strategies
  • Provide ongoing portfolio management and performance reviews
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive asset growth
  • Maintain a high level of client service and trust through regular communication
  • Stay current on market trends, financial products, and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure compliance with all industry rules and company policies
Job Requirement:

Qualifications:
  • Proven track record with a strong, transferable book of business (required)
  • Previous experience as a Financial Advisor, Wealth Manager, or similar role
  • Relevant licenses (e.g., Series 7, Series 63/65 or 66)
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning, investments, and wealth management strategies
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Preferred Skills:
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High ethical standards and professional integrity

Compensation:
Competitive compensation package including base salary, commissions, and performance-based incentives, commensurate with experience and book of business size.
