How you'll make an impact in this role

  • Lead labor relations and managed care communications by developing strategic plans and campaigns that support business objectives while mitigating organizational risk.

  • Serve as a trusted communications advisor during issues and crises, providing strategic counsel and developing effective response plans and messaging.

  • Partner with Advocacy, Labor Relations, Internal Communications, Marketing, and other stakeholders to create aligned communication strategies and compelling narratives.

  • Drive operational planning and communications execution by coordinating cross-functional initiatives, supporting leadership decision-making, and ensuring consistent messaging across the organization.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.

What additional preferences we're seeking

  • At least 12 years or experience in executive communications
