About the Role
Integritas is working with a network partner to help fill a Director, AI and Analytic Sales role (fully remote) headquartered in Columbus, OH .Contact Ben (ben@integritassearch.com) for more information.Director, AI and Analytics Sales (Fully Remote) About the Opportunity Our client is a leading systems integrator and global professional services firm (founded in 2011) that helps large enterprises in the retail, manufacturing, financial, and healthcare sectors maximize the value of their data assets.Our client is seeking a high-impact, quota-carrying Director of AI & Analytics Sales .
In this fully remote, individual contributor role, you will own the full enterprise sales cycle-from pipeline generation to contract close-focused on driving new business and expanding existing accounts for our client's AI, Analytics, and Data platform offerings.Key Responsibilities
Sales Execution: Own and achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets for our client's AI, Analytics, and Data platform services.
Pipeline Generation: Drive net-new client acquisition across target verticals and build a predictable, CRM-tracked pipeline.
Ecosystem Collaboration: Partner closely with our client's alliances leader and field teams at Databricks and Snowflake to activate partner-led sales motions and co-sell opportunities.
Client Engagement: Build trusted advisor relationships with C-suite and VP-level buyers, leading complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals ($100K+).
Internal Alignment: Collaborate with pre-sales engineering, marketing, and the Director of AI & Analytics Delivery to craft technically credible proposals and winning solution strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Minimum 7 years of enterprise sales experience, with at least 2 years specifically selling data, analytics, or cloud platform services.
Domain Expertise: Demonstrated track record of success selling Databricks, Snowflake, or equivalent data platform solutions within a professional services or consulting environment.
Sales Acumen: Proven success in a quota-carrying role using value-based sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger) to close complex enterprise deals.
Ecosystem Familiarity: Strong working knowledge of modern lakehouse architectures, data warehousing, and the broader AI/ML/GenAI landscape.
Tools: Strong CRM discipline (Salesforce or equivalent).
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
