OverviewOur client, a growing organization in South Jersey, is seeking a strategic and analytical
Finance Manager to lead FP&A initiatives while partnering closely with Accounting and Operations. This role will drive budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, business analysis, and executive-level financial insights to support key business decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the annual budget, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
- Develop financial models, dashboards, and KPI reporting to support business performance.
- Serve as a strategic business partner to operational leaders across the organization.
- Present financial results, trends, and recommendations to senior leadership and the Board.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify opportunities, risks, and drive decision-making.
- Partner closely with Corporate Accounting and Operational Finance teams to ensure alignment between reporting and planning.
- Deliver actionable insights to improve profitability, efficiency, and business performance.
Qualifications- 15+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
- Strong FP&A background with a solid accounting foundation.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, business analysis, and financial modeling.
- Proven ability to build executive-level dashboards and KPI reporting.
- Experience presenting financial information to executive leadership and Board members.
- Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence across functions.
- CPA and/or MBA preferred.
- Private Equity-backed company experience is a plus.
