Responsibilities - Create financial models and forecasts
- Develop monthly reporting packages
- Analyze financial and operational performance
- Support budgeting and planning cycles
- Partner with business leaders on strategic initiatives
- Assist with dashboard and KPI reporting
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 2+ years of financial analysis experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or ERP reporting tools preferred
- Strong analytical and communication skills
