About the Role
Natera seeks an experienced Regional Director to build and lead a GU-focused Clinical Oncology Specialists team across the Eastern United States. You will drive Signatera adoption, manage ~10 specialists, and partner across Core Oncology Sales to align strategies with corporate objectives.
You will recruit, coach, and develop field leaders, engage KOLs, and ensure achievement of regional sales objectives while advancing precision oncology and MRD testing in GU cancers.
