About the Role

Job Title: HR Administrative Coordinator | Contract
Location: 100% on-site in Vero Beach, FL
Type: Contract (3+ months)
Pay: DOE up to $22/hour
Seeking an organized HR professional with recruiting experience to support hiring, onboarding, HR administration, compliance audits, employee inquiries, and HRIS maintenance. Responsibilities include candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, onboarding support, personnel file management, I-9 audit preparation, and Paycom administration.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of HR, recruiting, or HR support experience
  • Experience with recruiting and onboarding
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • HRIS experience; Paycom preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ideal backgrounds include HR Coordinator, HR Administrator, HR Assistant, Recruiting Coordinator, or HR Support Specialist.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
