A leading global manufacturer is seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to join its growing operation in High Point, NC. This is a high-impact opportunity for an Environmental, Health & Safety professional who enjoys being on the manufacturing floor, partnering with operations teams, and driving meaningful safety improvements across a complex production environment.
This role supports a large manufacturing campus with multiple production buildings and will serve as a key resource for safety compliance, risk reduction, employee engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What You'll Do

• Serve as a trusted Health, Safety & Environmental resource for manufacturing operations
• Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and compliance activities throughout the facility
• Lead and participate in task-based risk assessments and hazard analysis initiatives
• Support OSHA compliance efforts, including lockout/tagout, fall protection, machine safety, and PPE programs
• Partner with operations, maintenance, engineering, and leadership teams to identify and resolve safety concerns
• Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and help develop corrective actions
• Support Process Safety Management (PSM) initiatives, Management of Change (MOC) activities, and environmental compliance programs
• Assist with employee onboarding, safety training, SOP development, and ongoing safety education
• Maintain safety records, documentation, and regulatory compliance requirements
• Spend significant time on the manufacturing floor coaching employees and building strong working relationships

What We're Looking For

• Experience in Environmental, Health & Safety within a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, safety compliance programs, and risk assessment processes
• Hands-on experience with lockout/tagout, contractor safety, machine guarding, and industrial safety programs
• Experience conducting investigations, audits, inspections, and training initiatives
• Process Safety Management (PSM) exposure is highly preferred
• Experience supporting chemical, coatings, paint, industrial processing, or other higher-hazard manufacturing operations is strongly desired
• Bachelor's degree preferred, though relevant experience will be considered
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with operations teams

Candidates whose EHS experience is primarily focused on logistics, warehousing, distribution, or construction environments may not align as closely with the technical requirements of this role.
