Senior Human Resources Generalist
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Generalist to provide hands-on support across recruiting, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and daily HR operations. This permanent, on-site role is ideal for a collaborative HR professional who can work independently and contribute to a positive, high-performing workplace.
Key Responsibilities· Manage full-cycle recruiting for positions at multiple levels
· Advise managers and employees on HR policies, performance, and workplace matters
· Lead employee relations investigations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations
· Support onboarding, benefits, training, performance reviews, workforce planning, and HR projects
· Analyze workforce data and maintain compliance with employment laws and internal policies
· Provide backup support for benefits administration and multi-state payroll processing
Qualifications· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
· Seven or more years of progressive HR experience, including recruiting, employee relations, benefits, and multi-state payroll
· Experience conducting workplace investigations and supporting HR programs
· Strong communication, judgment, organization, conflict-resolution, and problem-solving skills
· Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office; UKG or Kronos experience is a plus
· PHR or SHRM certification preferred, or willingness to obtain certification
· High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m.; on site with limited flexibility as needed
Salary Range: $75,000 to $85,000, with performance-based bonus potential
Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, short- and long-term disability, paid holidays, and 23 days of paid time off
Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
