In this role, you will lead installation projects, ensuring that HVAC systems are installed efficiently and correctly. You will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality installation services, providing our customers with reliable and effective HVAC solutions.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead and manage HVAC installation projects, ensuring all systems are installed according to specifications and industry standards.
- Perform complex HVAC installations for residential clients, including traditional, split-systems, and high-efficiency systems.
- Supervise and mentor installation team members, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Ensure all installation work is performed clean and safely, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct site assessments to plan and prepare for installations, ensuring all necessary materials and tools are available.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during installation, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with customers with a high level or professionalism, explaining installation processes and answering any questions they may have.
- Maintain detailed records of installations and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution and high-quality outcomes.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC installation, with a strong understanding of both traditional and high-efficiency systems.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and installation practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and installation instructions.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Valid HVAC technician certification and relevant licenses as required.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Commitment to providing top-quality service and maintaining high standards of workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
