NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Identity Access Management (IAM) Analyst to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).
Responsibilities:
- Provide security related access management support including identity provisioning, deprovisioning and access change requests. The position functions as a subject matter expert to resolve user and security related access and compliance issues related to identity.
- Provides second level technical support to the project team, end users and functional groups. This position will perform ticket management and assist the Information Security team with completing day-to-day management and administration of access controls, implementing security for enterprise applications.
- It is the responsibility of the IAM analyst to manage Identity and access within all local, global and third-party systems.
- Monitors and troubleshoots access governance processes to ensure effectiveness and alignment with requirements and regulations.
- Ensure high quality support by having flexibility to accommodate and support existing server/application maintenance windows as needed.
- Collaborate with other Information Security professionals to identify automation opportunities, design and develop solutions to streamline manual processes, and implement solutions.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in the field of IT services with over 3+ years of experience in Identity and access management
- 3 years' experience participating in IAM support projects, support team management, SLA management
- Should have certified ITIL V3 certified and experience in service delivery
- Should have experience in ITIL service delivery reporting specific for IAM projects
- Should have prior experience managing IAM support applications including MS-AD, MFA, SSO and other IAM vendor products
