Are you a data-driven inventory professional with strong analytical skills and experience in manufacturing or logistics environments? We are seeking an Inventory Analyst to optimize inventory accuracy, analyze inventory trends, and support inventory control initiatives across a fast-paced operation.
This role combines hands-on inventory management with advanced data analysis to ensure accurate stock levels, improve inventory performance, and support operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

• Analyze inventory, demand, and transaction data to identify trends, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities
• Conduct inventory audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation activities to maintain inventory accuracy
• Monitor inventory levels, turnover, and stock movements to prevent shortages and excess inventory
• Develop reports and dashboards for inventory performance, accuracy, and obsolescence metrics
• Investigate inventory variances and identify root causes
• Support inventory optimization initiatives using ABC classification methodologies
• Partner with operations, logistics, and supply chain teams to improve inventory processes and controls

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 4+ years of inventory control, logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis
• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems such as SAP, Oracle, Epicor, or NetSuite
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting capabilities
• Experience maintaining inventory accuracy and managing inventory records in a manufacturing environment

Compensation
$68,000 - $80,000 + comprehensive benefits
Pay Details: $68,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
