ELEVEN AI is hiring an AI Software Engineer to build and deploy intelligent features across our job search platform. Work with cutting-edge AI/ML technologies to create smarter matching, automated insights, and next-gen user experiences.
What You Will Do:
Design and develop AI-powered features for our job matching platform
Build and deploy machine learning models and data pipelines
Collaborate with product and data science teams on AI initiatives
Optimize model performance, latency, and accuracy
Write clean, testable code following engineering best practices
Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions
Requirements:
2+ years of software engineering experience
Proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
