Senior Financial Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering with leadership to drive business performance.

The ideal candidate is a strong analytical thinker who can transform financial data into actionable insights and confidently communicate recommendations to leadership.
What You'll Be Doing- Lead monthly financial analysis and reporting activities
- Partner with business leaders to develop budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans
- Analyze financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Develop executive-level reporting and KPI dashboards
- Investigate variances and provide recommendations to improve results
- Support month-end close and financial statement analysis
- Drive process improvements and enhance reporting efficiencies
- Participate in special projects that impact business strategy and growth
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership
What We're Looking For- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting experience
- Advanced Excel skills including financial modeling and data analysis
- Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
- ERP experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to influence business decisions through financial insights
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with leaders across the organization

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
