LHH Recruitment Solutions (pka Parker+Lynch) is partnering with a firm looking for a Lead Senior Financial Analyst. This role will focus on financial analysis, GL accounting, and be a liaison between the Manager and Staff/Seniors.

- General Ledger Accounting
- Journal Entries & Account Reconciliations
- Management Reporting
- Audit Coordination & Support
- Process Improvement Initiatives
- Financial Systems & Reporting Optimization
- Cross-Functional Business Partnership
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience
- Foundation in large public accounting/audit preferred
- Strong background in consolidations, financial reporting, and general ledger accounting
- Experience supporting month-end and year-end close activities
- Experience working with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
- CPA designation preferred but not required
