LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a respected professional services organization in Tampa that is seeking a Legal Receptionist to join its team. This role is ideal for a polished and professional individual with 1-2 years of administrative, front desk, or customer service experience.
As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors, the ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy office.
Responsibilities- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain reception and common areas.
- Schedule conference rooms and assist with meeting setup.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Scan, copy, file, and organize documents.
- Assist with data entry and general administrative tasks.
- Support staff with various office and clerical duties.
- Assist with special projects and daily office operations as needed.
Qualifications- 1-2 years of front desk, receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience.
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
