LHH is partnering with a client in Greensboro searching for a Logistics/Inventory Control Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis! This role will be onsite M-F 7:00AM-4:00PM offering full benefits.
Must have prior experience handling logistics and/or inventory operations within a manufacturing environment to be eligible for this role.Responsbilities:- Receive incoming truckload and container shipments
- Ensure each incoming shipment has accurate BOL
- Weigh each item before entering into inventory
- Organize inventory SKU's throughout warehouse
- Prepare outbound shipments by compiling BOL, PO, packing slip, etc.
- Ensure there are no inventory and/or discrepancies between customer request, PO and BOL
Qualifications:- Must have prior experience managing logistics and/or inventory operations within a manufacturing environment to be eligible for this role
- Must have strong attention to detail, proactive mindset, and ability to take initiative
- Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with multiple departments
- Forklift certification a plus
