Summary:
- Attending to system alerts and taking action as per SOP (60%) of the work.
- Work closely with Customer support team to resolve escalated technical issues.
- Work closely with Engineering team to address system issues.
- Will work with Incident Management , Release management and Monitoring tools.
- Work with .NET framework, troubleshooting and debugging applications.
- Tier 2 support model and knowledge of On-Call support
- Provide on-call coverage during weekends (alternate weekends)
- Provide offwork hours coverage as needed
- Strong knowledge of Web, app Tier architecture , IIS e.t.c
- Perform corrective actions for Event Management alerts.
- Work on tools like Kibana – Elastic Search, RabbitMQ, App Dynamics e.t.c.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Work directly with Engineering team to resolve critical production problems.
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of Application Support
3+ years of .Net experience
