Weare are hiring motivated Outside Sales Representatives to runpreset, qualified in-home appointments and closehigh-quality remodeling projects.

Responsibilities

• Run preset, qualified in-home appointments provided by Rose Remodeling
• Present and sell bathroom remodeling solutions includingshowers, tubs, and full bath upgrades
• Build rapport with homeowners, assess their needs, andprovide professional pricing and design solutions
• Close deals in the home using Rose Remodeling’s digitalquoting and contract tools

Qualifications

• Must be available for a full-time in-home sales schedule
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Comfortable working in a commission driven environment
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and insurance
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• In-home sales experience is a plus but not required
