About the Role

LHH is recruiting an experienced Paralegal/Contracts Administrator to assist to support an in-house legal legal team with a strong focus on contract management. This role will play a key part in reviewing, organizing, and tracking a high volume of agreements. This position is temp-to-hire and remote. Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full lifecycle of contracts, including intake, tracking, and organization of agreements
  • Conduct initial reviews of contracts, identify key terms, and flag risks or issues for attorney escalation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and ensure timely contract execution
  • Maintain contract management systems and ensure accurate documentation and version control
  • Assist with contract templates, updates, and standardization efforts
  • Support ongoing process improvements related to contract workflow and management
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a contract-focused paralegal or contract administrator role
  • Strong understanding of contract review processes and basic legal terminology
  • Comfortable handling initial contract reviews and working independently on high-volume work
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with contract management systems preferred
