Part-Time Remote Project Manager | ContractWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive
Project Manager for our client. This is a part-time contract opportunity supporting a growing portfolio of projects. This role will coordinate cross-functional activities, track deliverables, maintain project visibility, and help ensure key initiatives stay on schedule.
Pay: $45-$50 hr. DOE
The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, managing competing priorities, and proactively following up with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple projects, deadlines, milestones, and action items
- Maintain Jira tickets, workflows, and project documentation
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders and provide project status updates
- Monitor timelines and proactively identify risks or bottlenecks
- Develop and improve project workflows and processes
- Maintain organized and accessible project documentation
- Partner with team leaders to keep projects moving forward
Qualifications- 3+ years of project management experience
- Advanced Jira skills
- Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities
- Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
- Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction
- Strong project documentation and workflow management skills
Preferred- Familiarity with AI tools and emerging technologies
- Experience supporting technology, operations, product, or transformation initiatives
- PMP certification is a plus
Pay Details: $45.00 to $50.00 per hour
