Senior Payroll Specialist
Position Overview
The Senior Payroll Specialist will be responsible for processing multiple payrolls on a weekly basis, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payment of employees. The role requires strong attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities

• Process multiple pay groups, weekly and off - cycle pay runs
• Process multiple payrolls across various employee groups
• Handle complex union payroll calculations and reporting
• Review payroll data for accuracy and compliance
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
• Maintain payroll records and supporting documentation
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and union payroll requirements
• Collaborate with HR, Accounting, and Operations teams regarding payroll matters
• Assist with payroll audits, reporting, and special projects

Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll processing experience required
• Experience processing union payroll is strongly preferred
• Experience in construction, utilities, industrial, or field-service environments is a plus
• Proficiency with Payroll systems like Paychex, ADP, UKG is preferred
• Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
• Strong Excel and payroll reporting skills

Work Environment

• 100% onsite in the Schwenksville, PA area
• Monday through Friday
• Fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Flexibility required to support business needs
• Occasional evenings and weekends may be required during peak payroll periods

Pay Details: $28.00 to $38.00 per hour
