Commercial HVAC Installer
Full-time | On-site | Statewide Search

Pay Range: $23 – $30 per hour (negotiable, with potential for higher pay based on experience and insurance requirements)

Role Summary

We are seeking motivated HVAC Installers with 1–3 years of documented commercial ductwork installation experience to join our team. This role is hands-on and requires proficiency in sheet metal, duct hanging, and related installation tasks. Candidates with startup experience on 2–15 ton units will be considered at a higher rate, though strong ductwork installers without startup experience are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Install commercial HVAC ductwork (sheet metal, duct hanging, etc.) according to project specifications.
• Assist with startup procedures on 2–15 ton units (preferred).
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Ensure installations meet safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members, foremen, and project managers on-site.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe work environment.

Required Qualifications

• 1–3 years of documented commercial HVAC ductwork installation experience with a verified company.
• Ability to work safely and follow job site protocols.
• Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication and duct hanging.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with startup procedures on 2–15 ton HVAC units.
• OSHA certification or equivalent safety training.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $23 – $30/hr, negotiable depending on experience.
