We're seeking a Plant People Operations Manager to lead recruiting, onboarding, employee retention, workforce development, and HR operations for a growing manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions
• Lead onboarding and new hire experience initiatives
• Drive retention, engagement, and employee experience programs
• Support training, development, and workforce proficiency efforts
• Coordinate FMLA, attendance, unemployment claims, and HR compliance
• Partner with Operations, Safety, Quality, and plant leadership

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of HR, Talent Acquisition, People Operations, or Workforce Development experience
• Knowledge of recruiting, onboarding, retention, FMLA, and HR administration
• Manufacturing, distribution, or hourly workforce experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
