About the Role

The Product Manager serves as the technical liaison between customers, engineering, and manufacturing, helping develop customized solutions that meet performance, cost, and project requirements. The ideal candidate will enjoy solving technical challenges, managing multiple projects, and working directly with customers to deliver high-quality products and support.
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with customers to evaluate new applications and define functional requirements, technical specifications, project timelines, and cost objectives.
  • Develop, configure, and modify product solutions to meet unique customer needs and operational requirements.
  • Provide timely technical, service, and commercial support to OEM customers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed quotations, technical proposals, and documentation packages.
  • Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned product lines and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and system issues in the field, providing hands-on technical support and root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations teams to ensure products are designed and built to meet customer expectations.
  • Support product launches, engineering changes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Create, organize, and maintain technical documentation, drawings, specifications, and product records.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Hands-on troubleshooting experience and a customer-focused mindset
Salary Range: $100,000-$125,000
