Position OverviewWe are seeking a polished and reliable professional to serve as the face of the office during this temporary assignment. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, maintain a professional reception area, and support daily administrative operations.
Responsibilities - Answer and direct incoming telephone calls professionally and efficiently
- Greet clients, visitors, attorneys, and staff in a courteous manner
- Provide front desk and reception coverage throughout the assignment
- Scan, copy, and distribute documents as requested
- Assist with general administrative and clerical duties
- Receive and route deliveries and mail
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
- Support office staff with additional administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications - Prior receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office equipment, including scanners and copiers
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
CompensationCompetitive hourly rate based on experience.
