Pay Rate: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Position OverviewWe are seeking
three experienced Property Managers to support a special recertification project on a temporary basis. These professionals will work exclusively on processing resident recertifications, ensuring compliance with affordable housing regulations and company requirements. This assignment is ideal for candidates with strong affordable housing and recertification experience who can hit the ground running and manage a high volume of files efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Process annual and interim resident recertifications from start to finish.
- Review resident documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Verify income, assets, household composition, and eligibility requirements.
- Ensure compliance with LIHTC, HUD, Section 8, and other affordable housing programs, as applicable.
- Communicate with residents to obtain required documentation and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain organized and accurate resident files and records.
- Track recertification deadlines and ensure timely completion of all assigned files.
- Work closely with property management and compliance teams to meet project goals.
- Enter and update resident information within property management and compliance software systems.
Qualifications- Prior Property Management experience required.
- Extensive experience with resident recertifications in an affordable housing environment.
- Strong knowledge of LIHTC, HUD, Section 8, and/or other affordable housing compliance programs.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage a high volume of recertifications while meeting deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.
Preferred Qualifications- Previous experience supporting large-scale recertification projects.
- Affordable Housing certifications a plus.
Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
