Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced
Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a busy Human Resources team during a medical leave coverage assignment. This fully remote position will play a key role in managing full-cycle recruiting activities, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and has experience supporting high-volume recruitment efforts.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Sourcing- Manage multiple open requisitions across various departments and locations.
- Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media platforms, referrals, networking, and community partnerships.
- Conduct phone screenings to evaluate qualifications, availability, and overall fit.
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers in a timely manner.
- Provide regular recruiting updates and progress reports to HR leadership.
Interview Coordination & Candidate Experience- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain consistent communication throughout the recruiting process.
- Ensure a positive, professional, and engaging candidate experience.
- Support hiring events and virtual recruiting initiatives as needed.
Hiring Process & Onboarding Support- Prepare candidate summaries and recommendations for hiring teams.
- Coordinate background checks, drug screenings, and other pre-employment requirements.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to facilitate offers and onboarding activities.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Operations to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee.
QualificationsRequired- 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR coordination experience in either a corporate or agency environment.
- Experience managing multiple priorities and requisitions simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Pay Details: $34.00 to $36.00 per hour
