Meadow is reimagining end-of-life care and is hiring Family Case Managers to guide families through our full service lifecycle—from contract signature to the safe return of ashes. This remote, full-time role handles a high-volume caseload with empathy and precision across multiple systems.
You’ll own about 100 concurrent cases, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, and ensure timely documentation and smooth handoffs.
