About the Role
Buck Mason in Detroit is seeking a Manager in Training. This full-time role puts you on a fast track to lead your own Buck Mason store, by soaking up knowledge, supporting the Store Manager, and preparing to take the helm.
You’ll absorb hands-on coaching from seasoned managers, help recruit and train staff, analyze sales data, and oversee daily operations. Base pay is $22–$28 per hour, with an additional 2% commission on individual sales.
