About the Role
Basis AI is seeking a high-impact Second-line Sales Leader to report to the Head of GTM and build the entire sales organization at Basis—from the ground up. You will hire ICs, define the sales process, and close deals alongside the team as the organization scales.
As we grow, you will layer in frontline managers, design the org structure, and shift focus to leading leaders, building a scalable, data-driven sales engine across segments and markets while partnering with the CEO and founders.
