Senior AccountantLHH is partnering with a growing organization seeking a Senior Accountant to join its accounting and finance team. Key Responsibilities- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Analyze financial results and investigate variances
- Assist with preparing financial statements and management reports
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Assist with internal and external audit requests
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and applicable regulations
- Participate in process improvement and system enhancement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives
- Contribute to special projects as assigned
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience preparing journal entries and account reconciliations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with ERP systems or accounting software preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities

Compensation: $90,000-$120,000BenefitsBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.
