Compensation: $180,000 - $275,000+ Base + Bonus + Long-Term Incentives

Potential Areas of Responsibility - Lead end-to-end supply chain strategy including Planning, Procurement, Inventory Management, Logistics, Distribution, and S&OP.
- Drive supply chain performance across commercial, clinical, and manufacturing operations.
- Develop global supplier and contract manufacturing strategies.
- Oversee demand planning, inventory optimization, and service-level performance.
- Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, and Commercial leadership.
- Build resilient supply chains capable of supporting rapid growth and product launches.
- Lead ERP, digital transformation, and supply chain optimization initiatives.
- Establish KPIs focused on inventory turns, OTIF, forecast accuracy, and cost reduction.
- Manage third-party logistics providers, suppliers, and contract manufacturing partners.
- Develop and mentor high-performing supply chain teams.
Ideal Background - Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or Master's preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience.
- Experience within:
- Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
- Biotechnology
- Life Sciences
- CDMO/CMO Organizations
- Medical Devices
- Cell & Gene Therapy
- Biologics Manufacturing
- Proven experience leading S&OP and Integrated Business Planning processes.
- Expertise in inventory optimization, forecasting, procurement, and distribution.
- Knowledge of FDA, GMP, GDP, and regulated manufacturing environments.
- Experience supporting commercial product launches preferred.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
