Senior Financial Reporting & Consolidation Analyst (Hybrid)
A global, growth-oriented organization is seeking a Senior Financial Reporting & Consolidation Analyst to support complex, international financial reporting and consolidation activities. This role is ideal for a technically strong accounting professional with deep consolidation experience who enjoys working cross-functionally with global teams and modern financial systems.
This is a high-visibility role supporting executive-level reporting and parent company requirements in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment.
What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting across numerous international entities. Responsibilities include:

• Managing and supporting the monthly global consolidation close process for multiple subsidiaries
• Ensuring financial results are prepared in accordance with IFRS and internal accounting policies
• Preparing and posting complex journal entries and performing detailed balance sheet reconciliations
• Analyzing variances and identifying consolidation exceptions, data inconsistencies, and out-of-balance conditions
• Recording and reconciling intercompany and international transactions, including foreign currency considerations
• Supporting executive and parent-company reporting through the preparation of financial statements and ad-hoc analyses
• Partnering with internal and external auditors by providing documentation and audit support
• Assisting with administration, maintenance, and enhancements of the Oracle FCCS consolidation environment

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Approximately 5+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or consolidation
• Hands-on experience with a consolidation system
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
