About the Role

Our Suffolk County based client is seeking a Showroom Manager to best represent their product line. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on creating exceptional experiences, managing multiple priorities, and bringing products and brands to life through thoughtful execution and attention to detail. A competitive salary and benefits are offered. This position is in office Monday - Friday 9-5pm.
Key Responsibilities
Studio & Showroom Management
  • Oversee the daily operations of a showroom and innovation space.
  • Maintain high standards for presentation, merchandising, product readiness, and hospitality.
  • Coordinate product updates, merchandising changes, and room setups for meetings, training sessions, and events.
Experience & Event Management
  • Plan and execute presentations, workshops, focus groups, training programs, and special events.
  • Manage all event logistics, including scheduling, setup, materials, hospitality, and follow-up activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging and impactful experiences.
Virtual Engagements
  • Coordinate virtual presentations, demonstrations, and online meetings.
  • Ensure professional standards for technology, product displays, and presentation quality.
  • Track participation, engagement, and program effectiveness using CRM and reporting tools.
Program Optimization
  • Maintain the space as an evolving showcase for products, initiatives, and customer experiences.
  • Analyze utilization and program performance to identify opportunities for enhancement.
  • Develop recommendations to improve visitor engagement and overall experience quality.
Qualifications
  • 5-10 years of experience in event management, experiential marketing, hospitality, training, retail operations, customer experience, or a related field.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Experience working with clients, partners, executives, and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong eye for presentation, visual merchandising, and customer experience.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, scheduling platforms, and operational tools.
  • Comfortable facilitating both in-person and virtual experiences.
Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
