Senior Accounts Payable Coordinator to support a dynamic, multi-entity organization. This role offers an opportunity to play a key part in maintaining efficient AP processes while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.
What You'll DoAs the Senior Accounts Payable Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounts payable activities and ensuring timely, accurate processing of vendor payments.
Key Responsibilities - Process a high volume of vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
- Review, code, and enter invoices into the accounting system
- Verify and reconcile vendor statements, researching and resolving discrepancies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor account records
- Coordinate with accounting teams and vendors to address billing and payment issues
- Ensure all invoices receive appropriate approval prior to payment processing
- Assist with weekly check runs, ACH payments, and related documentation
- Maintain organized AP files and records for audits and reporting
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and vendors
- Support month-end and year-end accounting processes as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
Qualifications - 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
- Experience working in a high-volume or multi-entity environment
- Proficiency with accounting software such as RealPage, Entrata, AvidXchange, or similar ERP systems
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- High degree of professionalism and discretion when handling financial information
Preferred Experience - Property management, real estate, or related industry experience
- Experience working within multi-entity accounting structures
Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
