We are seeking a detail-oriented
Account Coordinator to support customer accounts, order management, and administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, maintaining accurate records, and serving as a key point of contact between customers and internal teams.
The Account Coordinator will be responsible for processing orders, updating account information, tracking customer requests, and utilizing Excel to maintain reports and records. This position requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Process and manage customer orders from entry through fulfillment
- Maintain accurate account information and customer records
- Perform high-volume data entry with a strong focus on accuracy
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to track orders, account activity, and reporting metrics
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, requests, and account inquiries
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Review documentation for completeness and resolve discrepancies
- Generate reports and provide administrative support to the account management team
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
Qualifications- Previous experience in customer service, account coordination, order entry, data entry, or administrative support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including sorting, filtering, and basic formulas
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or order management software is a plus

Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
