Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Location: Hybrid/Remote – Based in Texas or willing to travel

Pen Pioneer LLC, a growing staffing and recruiting firm, is seeking a visionary CEO to lead us through our next phase of expansion. We work nationally with companies across construction, engineering, legal, healthcare, IT, and nonprofit industries, helping them find top talent while staying true to our veteran-owned values.

Responsibilities

• Lead company strategy, operations, and growth initiatives.

• Oversee sales, recruiting, marketing, and financial teams.

• Build and scale systems to support rapid national expansion.

• Represent the company to clients, partners, and the business community.

• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and results.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in staffing, recruiting, or related leadership roles.

• Demonstrated success in growing revenue and building high-performing teams.

• Strong business development and financial management skills.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with operational excellence.

• Military/veteran experience a plus.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $180,000 – $225,000

• Bonus: Performance-based incentives tied to placements and revenue.
