About the Role
Provider Recruiter
The Provider Recruiter plays a key role in supporting company growth by supporting the Director of Provider Recruitment in the talent acquisition of physicians and advanced practice practitioners throughout the country. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment implementing successful talent acquisition strategies rooted in inclusion and diversity in collaboration with business leaders. The Recruiter plays a role as an individual contributor in recruitment.
Responsibilities include:
Interviewing candidates over the telephone, virtually, and/or in person.
Recruiting for designated positions based on team bandwidth, level of position, and executive impact.
Managing requisition load handling full cycle recruitment responsibilities.
Collaborating with compensation on candidate package requests.
Communicating with stakeholders operations on onboarding new hires, terminations, internal transfers, etc.
Working with leadership on maintenance and enhancements of ATS.
Communicating with the budget team to ensure budget alignment with recruiting initiatives.
Leveraging recruiting analytics to assess and improve the current strategy to ensure a world-class practice; taking a data-driven approach to decision-making that will support a culture of continuous improvement in processes and efficiencies.

Required qualifications include:
Bachelor's Degree.
Additional years of experience may substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
2+ years of recruitment experience.
Must be familiar with EEO and AA programs, policies and procedures.
Strong interpersonal communication skills needed for screening, interviewing and selecting applicants.
Knowledge of human resource programs and recruiting process including affirmative action and career development programs.
Preferred qualifications include:
Previous recruitment experience in a hospital setting.
