The Opportunity
You will serve as a vital field specialist, delivering expert troubleshooting, repairs, and installations across commercial plumbing systems in the DMV region.
This role provides the autonomy of dispatching directly from home in a company vehicle while receiving full operational backing from leadership.

How You Will Make an Impact
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and execute comprehensive repairs on complex commercial plumbing systems.
- Deliver high-quality, code-compliant plumbing solutions tailored to each commercial property’s requirements.
- Maintain open, professional communication with commercial facility managers to ensure prompt service resolution.
- Guide and mentor assigned plumbing apprentices on-site to foster future technical leadership within the trade.
- Document service call outcomes, diagnostic findings, and material usage accurately using company-issued digital devices.
- Enforce strict adherence to job site safety protocols and local plumbing codes across every assigned project.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on field experience in commercial plumbing service and repair.
- Demonstrated technical competency diagnosing and resolving complex commercial system failures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills paired with dedicated client service capabilities.
- Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Active Journeyman or Master Plumber License.
- Completion of an accredited trade program or technical certification curriculum.
- Proven track record of mentoring apprentices or junior helpers in a commercial field environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay ranging from $35.00 to $55.00 with overtime paid after 5:00 PM and after 40 hours.
- Up to $5,000 sign-on bonus for qualified licensed plumbers or $3,000 for qualified unlicensed plumbers.
