We are looking for a Director of Corporate Developmentto join our team.
Reporting directly to the CFO, the Director of Corporate Development will serve as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team, driving Guesty’s inorganic growth strategy through mergers and acquisitions (M&A), strategic investments, and ecosystem partnerships.
Working closely with the CFO and CEO, you will identify and evaluate opportunities to accelerate Guesty’s growth, lead complex transactions from sourcing through execution and closing, and develop strategic partnerships that strengthen our market position and expand our ecosystem. This role requires a combination of strong financial and analytical capabilities, investment banking expertise, commercial acumen, and the ability to execute complex cross-border transactions in a global B2B SaaS environment.
Based in Israel, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization and manage a globally distributed team, helping shape Guesty’s long-term growth strategy through strategic transactions and partnerships, with an AI-first mindset and approach.
