About the Role
Guidepost Montessori is seeking a friendly, dependable on-call Substitute Teacher to support our mixed-age Montessori classrooms when full-time staff are unavailable. You will help maintain a calm, engaging learning environment for children aged 0–6 and may transition into full-time roles as opportunities arise.
No formal Montessori training is required; training is provided during orientation and onboarding to prepare you for the role and school routines.
